Review of North Country Fire
Purchased gas fireplace, flex vent and termination kit from North Country Fire. A single component of the kit arrived damaged. Company customer service rep, Tatiana, texted immediately after delivery to check on delivery and I reported the damaged item. Tatiana immediately arranged a replacement and texted often with status updates. I was expecting only the damaged item but North Country sent the entire termination kit, which arrived in less than a week. Tatiana checked in again after that delivery to ensure undamaged arrival and that I was happy. Best customer service of any company I have ever purchased from!
