The RVT I spoke with was attentive, patient and empathetic. She also provided some helpful resources and links in a follow up email. I'm still super stressed about the whole situation (my dog had TPLO surgery) but I'm glad I was able to speak with WhiskerDocs on a Saturday when my vet's office was closed.
