I had been struggling with severe muscle tension in my back on both sides of my spine for the past year, monthly chiropractic appointments and regular workouts had been helping a bit but the tension remained, sometimes it got so severe that it woke me up at night, and I was getting frustrated that nothing was helping.
Then, I saw this treatment advertised on Instagram and decided to try it because why not, and I kid you not— today my muscle tension is completely gone, and I woke up without any pain! It doesn’t feel at all like it’s just a quick fix, it feels like it has healed, something I definitely wasn’t expecting!
