Superb customer service, technical assistance and expedient shipment if replacement parts. I easily recieved exactly what I needed to repair my Senville Aura minisplit. People were kind and I felt they genuinely cared about my predicament. I feel grateful for their assistance getting my unit working again. Thank you guys. (My local technician was an entirely different story...I had to do the repairs myself because I couldn't wait for "warm temperatures" in January in Newfoundland, Canada. Fortunately I have the fortitude and necessary technical skills to not be at the mercy of a sookly tech.)
