So glad I found Karma Coast!. Dealing with Dylan by phone or e-mail has been nothing but a pleasure, always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I’m only at the early stages of my journey using CBD but truly believe it to be the right one and definitely with the right people.
I can honestly say that the customer service is second to none. I am visually impaired and struggle to use online ordering I know that I can contact Dylan by telephone at any time if I need to order products or to seek advice. He quite literally goes out of his way to be helpful and make sure that everything is going well with myself.
Has really helped with insomnia and pain aswell the customer service is brilliant. Is quite expensive compared to other company’s but have found this company’s products do actually work so I suppose get what you pay for At end of the day
I didn’t think it was possible for Karma Coast to improve upon the oils that they produce, but they have surpassed themselves. The new oil gives me even better pain relief. I have cervical myelopathy and arthritis in my shoulders, hips and knees, so I’m dealing with a lot of pain but the oil helps massively with my pain and mobility.
If you haven’t ever tried CBD, give it a go, but buy it from Karma Coast- they know what they’re doing!
